About Us
One Vision Housing is a Registered Provider of Social Housing with more than 11,700 homes across Sefton, Merseyside.
We were formed in October 2006, following a successful stock transfer from Sefton Council.
One Vision Housing is a not for profit organisation, registered under the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1965 and regulated by the Tenant Services Authority and the Homes and Communities Agency.
We aim to continuously improve services for the benefit of our customers. In March 2010, we were recognised by the Tenant Participatory Advisory Service for our excellence in customer involvement. In April, we achieved the Customer Service Excellence accreditation as well as the ISO 9001 Quality Management Standard.
We are one of only four Housing Associations to achieve a new Complaints Accreditation as well as being awarded an accreditation from the Customer Contact Association.
In October 2010, we achieved the Investors in People Gold Award and in February 2011, we were acknowledged as the 5th best company to work for in the UK in the prestigious Sunday Times top 100 list.
The top five placing followed the news that OVH had been acknowledged as one of the best organisations in the country by Best Companies Ltd who provide an independent assessment of success on the key factors proven to contribute to high employee workplace engagement.
We received the top ‘three star’ rating in a ‘Michelin style’ accreditation system that recognises organisations by star status. Three stars is classed as extraordinary.
