| Professional status: | Betty worked for 18 years in the International Services branch of a major bank conglomerate and is now retired. A Sefton resident all her life, Betty bought her Council property in Litherland after 22 years as a tenant. | |

Ensuring leaseholders views and needs are represented and they receive equal and fair access to services. Betty also sits on the Communication Service Review Group to ensure newsletters, leaflets and other materials are of the highest standard.

Andy has been a tenant since 2004 and was instrumental in setting up the Kings Park Resident Association as well as serving on other tenant groups in the area such as the Repairs Focus Group and the Business Planning Group. | |

Lelir worked in the field of housing management, social inclusion equality & diversity since 1987. Her roles and responsibilities have been wide ranging at both an operational and strategic level and with excellent knowledge, skills and experience in a range of areas including policy development, project management, strategic service development, staff and budget management. | |
