Role of the Board
The role of the OVH Board is:
“…to set the strategic direction of the Association and through good governance and performance management arrangements, ensure the efficient running of the business of One Vision Housing.”
Typical duties would be to:
- Define and ensure compliance with the values and objectives of the association and ensure these are set out in each Annual Report
- Establish policies and plans to achieve the organisation’s objectives
- Approve each year’s accounts budget
- Establish and oversee a framework of delegation and systems of control.
