We employ more than 240 people who are dedicated to providing our customers with an excellent level of service. One Vision Housing recognises that our strength lies in the quality of our employees and our aim is to be a great place to work and employer of choice.
In October 2010, we achieved the highest possible award by Investors in People, Gold standard. The assessors praised our people’s knowledge of the business, engagement with customers, employee recognition and staff development.
