Our Structure

One Vision Housing is governed by a Board of eight members, comprising four tenant members, two independent members (people with no previous links to OVH who have particular professional or technical expertise) and two nominees from Sefton Council. Board members are non-executive, which means they are unpaid.

The organisation is managed by the Chief Executive who is appointed by the Board and supported by the Executive Management Team which consists of three Strategic Directors and four Operational Directors.

Chief Executive - Roy Williams

Roy reports directly to the board and has overall responsibility for the organisation and the Executive Management Team

Strategic Director of Corporate Services - Tracey Liggett

Responsible for the back office services including Information Technology, Finance, Home Ownership, Policy and Strategy, Performance, Customer Intelligence, Resident Involvement, Governance and People and Communications.

Strategic Director of Assets and Regeneration - Andrew Spencer

Responsible for aids and adaptations, gas servicing, repairs and maintenance, Decent Homes, and other regeneration work including the Kings Park and Greenfields Place projects.

Strategic Director of Customers and Neighbourhoods - Ian Fazakerley

Responsible for Neighbourhood Management, Customer Service Centre, Anti-Social Behaviour, Income Management, Community Initiatives, Concierge, Home Search and Legal Services.

Operational Director of Property Services - Paul Broadbent

Responsible for our Property Services company.

Operational Director of Finance - Gaynor Robinson

Responsible for Financial Management, Treasury Management and Insurance.

Operational Director of Neighbourhoods - Sarah Jane Saunders

Responsible for Neighbourhood Management, Anti Social Behaviour, Community Development and Legal Services.

Operational Director for Customers - Rachel Mills

Responsible for CCTV, Customer Service Centre, Home Search, Supported Housing and Income Management.
