Our Structure
One Vision Housing is governed by a Board of eleven members comprising five tenant members (one of whom is a leaseholder); four independent members (people with no previous links to One Vision Housing who have particular professional or technical expertise) and two nominees from Sefton Council. Board members are non-executive, which means they are unpaid.
The organisation is managed by the Chief Executive who is appointed by the Board and supported by the Executive Management Team which consists of three Strategic Directors and five Operational Directors.
Chief Executive - Roy Williams
The Chief Executive reports directly to the board and has overall responsibility for the organisation and the Executive Management Team.
Strategic Director of Corporate Services - Tracey Liggett
Responsible for Information Technology (IT), Finance, Home Ownership, Income Management, Policy and Strategy, Performance, Customer Intelligence, Resident Involvement and Governance.
Strategic Director of Assets and Regeneration - Andrew Spencer
Responsible for Investment (including aids and adaptations, gas servicing and repairs) and Regeneration (including Decent Homes, Kings Park and Greenfields).
Strategic Director of Customers and Neighbourhoods - Michelle Wood
Responsible for Neighbourhood Management, Customer Service Centre, Anti-Social Behaviour, Community Initiatives, Concierge and Home Search (Choice Based Lettings).
Operational Director of People and Communications - Colin Gibson
Responsible for Human Resources, Learning and Development, Legal Services, Marketing and Communications.
Operational Director of Assets and Investment - Gordon Ronald
Responsible for Investment, Facilities Management and Asset Management services.
Operational Director of Finance – Gaynor Robinson
Responsible for Financial Management, Treasury Management, Income Management, Insurance and Financial Inclusion.
Operational Director of Neighbourhoods – Sarah Jane Saunders
Responsible for Neighbourhood Management, Anti Social Behaviour and Community Development.
Operational Director for Customers – Rachel Mills
Responsible for CCTV, Customer Service Centre, Homesearch (Choice Based Lettings) and Supported Housing
