Venture joins the 
One Vision Housing family

From 30th January 2015 Venture Housing Association will amalgamate with One Vision Housing in Merseyside.

This will effectively mean the Venture name will cease to operate - but this change will not affect the services available to previous Venture customers.

Having encountered significant financial difficulties it had no longer been possible for Venture to continue to operate alone. Following the amalgamation with One Vision Housing, customers can now rest assured that the long term future of the organisation has been secured.

The Boaler Street office will remain open and the telephone numbers will remain the same. Services originally provided by Venture will continue to be delivered and any planned meetings or appointments for customers will take place as normal.

One Vision Housing manages over 13,000 properties across Merseyside. Last year we were named as the best organisation in Europe for looking after our customers. Our aim is to maintain customers’ homes to the highest standards and to create lasting legacies in the communities we serve.

Despite the name change, the contact details that customers have previously used to contact the Boaler Street office will remain the same. This includes reporting a repair, reporting anti-social behaviour, sending us a complaint or compliment or discussing rent.

Emergency Repairs

For emergency gas repairs, please contact PH Jones direct on 0151 343 4198.
For all other emergency repairs please call 0151 261 2100, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Anti Social Behaviour

Direct Debit - Direct debit is the simplest, most reliable and convenient way to pay your rent. You can choose when your rent can be paid, either weekly, fortnightly or monthly. If you would like to set up a Direct Debit, please call 0151 261 2100 and we will arrange it with you.
Telephone payments by card - You can pay by phone using a Debit Card, by calling Allpay Limited on 0844 557 8321, 24 hours a day. You will need your reference number to hand, which can be found on your rent statement and payment card.
Housing Benefit - If your rent is currently paid direct by Housing benefit this will continue.
Post Office - You can use your existing Venture payment card free of charge at any Post Office, by handing over your card with either cash or cheque made payable to Post Office Limited.
Payment Card - Use your existing Venture payment card free of charge, when paying with cash at any outlet displaying the PayPoint symbol. Cheques may be accepted at the discretion of the outlet concerned.
If you have lost your card - Replacement Payment Cards can be ordered free of charge.
