The standard is awarded to organisations that demonstrate a commitment to the learning and development of their employees and achieve best practice in people management. We are currently the only Housing Association in Merseyside to have reached this standard and one of only five in the North West.

We operate a flexible way of working in order to help employees balance work and home commitments and have a healthy lifestyle. We offer flexible working, part time and job share opportunities. A minimum of 28 days holiday, discounted gym membership and a staff incentive scheme are some of the benefits on offer.
Medicash
Employees are also offered the opportunity to purchase private healthcare through the organisation at a very small cost. The service through Medicash offers support on dental care, optical care, consultation, hospital stays, child birth, complimentary therapies as well as personal accident cover.

Bike to work scheme
We are registered with the ‘Bike 2 Work’ scheme meaning we are able to offer employees the opportunity to purchase a bike on interest free payments. You can save up to 50% on the cost of new bike equipment whilst reducing your carbon footprint and improving both your general health and wellbeing.
Pension scheme
