Service Review Groups (SRGs)
The SRGs are a brand new but totally fundamental part of OVHs business and we feel they should have a special mention.
These groups are made up totally of tenants and give a real chance to influence the service we provide. From policies to procedures and from strategies to statements, tenants can influence everything OVH does from by simply joining these groups. The groups allow tenants to make choices and decisions based on the feedback the other tenants are providing.
There are seven groups across the business all with named by tenants:
- Leaseholders
- Supported Housing
- Resident Involvement (also includes OVHs Customer Service Centre)
- Home Management (Repairs and Decent Homes)
- Rental Management (Income and Homesearch)
- Communication
- Neighbourhood Management (Neighbourhoods, ASB and High Rise Living).
We are currently recruiting for these groups so if you fancy joining then please give Ann, Dean or Melissa a call in the Resident Involvement Team. OVH will even provide you with the skills and training you need.
