Service Review Groups (SRGs)
The SRGs are a fundamental part of OVH's business.
The Service Review Groups work with officers by monitoring and influencing One Vision Housing's services to ensure that they are meeting or exceeding customers' needs.
There are three groups across the business:
- Customers and Neighbourhoods SRG
- Repairs and Maintenance SRG
- Resident Involvement and Communications SRG
