Have your say
We believe that the only way we can improve our business is to listen to what our customers have to say then act on it to make our services better.
Your feedback is valuable to us because it tells us when we do things well and when we get things wrong.
Ways to have your say
There are a number of ways you can 'have your say' and all can make a big difference. These range from having a short conversation and filing in quick surveys and polls to more in-depth things like joining our customer panel or Service Review Groups.
Browse through this section to find out more or download our 'feedback and complaints' leaflet at the bottom of this page.
If you'd like to get more involved, take a look at our Resident Involvement Pages for ways to shape the services that matter most to you.
Make a complaint
While we try to make sure that we do everything right first time sometimes we get things wrong and you may want to make a complaint. This could be because we've not done something that we said we would, treated you unfairly or did something that we shouldn't.

We don't think its enough just to ask our customers what they think - we believe it is equally important to do something with the information to make things better. We take the information you give us about our services and discuss these at the service review groups and then if the groups feel they will make a positive difference they are put into practice.

Your thoughts are important to us. That's why we have developed an online message board. You can make comments about anything that you read or read on our website. So if we have a new policy you can tell us what you think, or if you want to comment on a recent event you can do so.
