Surveys and Polls
Surveys and polls are an excellent way to get our customers views on a wide range of things. It’s a great way of finding out how our customers feel about particular issues.
We undertake a number of surveys to find out what you think of our services and we discuss the results with our Customer based Service Review Groups.

We also undertake a series of one off surveys when we want to know what you think about a particular service.

Current Surveys
We are currently undertaking the following surveys:
Sheltered Scheme Cleaning Survey
Our scheme managers are currently calling on our sheltered tenants to find out how satisfied they are with the cleaning service provided. We will use these results to work with our contractor to improve the service. The Lead officer for this survey is Tom Clarke (Concierge Manager).
STATUS Survey
Every Three years, we have to conduct the Standardised Tenant Satisfaction Survey (often called the STATUS Survey). We are in the process of setting this up and the survey will be conduucted by an exteranl body in the next month or two.
Polls
We also have quick polls on our website which anyone visiting our website can complete. These are quick questions that ask how you feel about a particular thing. To complete the poll all you have to do is click on the statement that you agree most with.
You may also answer our "How useful is this page" poll which you will find on each page. We collate this feedback and it helps us know when we get it right and tells us where to update and improve our content when you feel it could be better.
