Tenant Talk

We believe that sometimes the simplest ideas are often the best - that's why we launched our new Tenant Talk campaign as a way of finding out what you think about our services and how we can improve.

It’s quite simple really – every time a member of our staff comes into contact with a customer as part of their daily duties, they will as how they think we are doing. This information will be used to improve our local services and also help us to make decisions about future polices.

We will only ask you what you think of our services, what we do well, and what we could improve on.

You can see the results of Tenant Talk for March on the right.

Information from Tenant Talk is used by our managers, and is disscused at the Service review Groups to improve our services.  If you are interested in joining one of our Service Review Groups visit our 'Get involved' page.

Your Views Count

When you have contact with one of our Neighbourhood Offices, you will find a 'your views count card'. You will be able to give us your views about the service provided at the area office. We will use this to improve our services and let you know about the outcome.
