We don't think its enough just to ask our customers what they think - we believe it is equally important to do something with the information to make things better.

We take the information you give us about our services and discuss these at the service review groups and then if the groups feel they will make a positive difference they are put into practice.

Once this happens we publish it as so you can see how your feedback has made a real difference.

We publish this on our website, in our regular magazine InVision and in our Annual Report.
