Garages for rent
Following extensive consultation over the last 12 months with OVH residents and stakeholders our neighbourhood teams have identified 72 derelict garages that will be disposed of/demolished in 2009 with a further potential 350 garages to go in 2010.
The remaining 800 are in the process of being repaired and painted and are available for letting in locations throughout Sefton. Rents range from just £8 to £10 per week.
