Greenfields Place
Greenfields Place is a £35 million regeneration project located in the centre of Bootle.
Started in early 2009, the Greenfields Project will completely transform the area around St James’ Road by creating a safer, cleaner and greener community to be enjoyed by all.
The focal point of the development will see the complete refurbishment and extension of four existing tower blocks (Mersey, Stanley, Chesnut and Salisbury House) creating 32 new homes and providing a stunning new look for the area.
Children's play areas will entwine with private gardens and extensive lawns that only residents' can access. Trees and sculpted beds will blend with specially commissioned pieces of art to create a unique and serene living environment for all.
Our vision is to 'provide high quality, affordable homes in thriving, inclusive communities where people have a sense of pride and place,' with Greenfields Place the embodiment of this.
By investing over £35 million over the next seven years we believe Greenfields Place will make this vision a reality. It will provide a truly excellent standard of living space combined with wide open and leafy communal areas for residents to enjoy.
