High Rise Living
One Vision Housing has several high rise blocks located across Sefton, housing hundreds of tenants and leaseholders.
High rise living has become very popular once more, with many sky scraping towers being built along the Liverpool waterfront. Our original high rise blocks offer great views across the Mersey and are substantial in both size and design. They also benefit from 24 hour CCTV security and secure door entry.
We are investing millions of pounds in all of our high rise properties as part of our decent homes project, with those in the Kings Park and Marsh Lane areas being completely transformed into safer, cleaner, greener spaces.
These properties are idea for those living alone or couples and their general low maintenance and one level floor plan make them particularly appealing to those who don’t want the hassle of managing outside spaces.
