One Vision Housing has several high rise blocks located across Sefton, housing hundreds of tenants and leaseholders.
We offer a comprehensive service for our high rise properties that provides and manages:
- Cleaning and maintenance of communal areas such as corridors, lifts and entrances
- Added safety and security through regular patrols
- Inspections to shared areas regarding health and safety / fire safety
- The monitoring of a central CCTV system that helps make our communities safer, stable places to live
- A 24 hour, 7 days per week service.
The aim of the service is to:
- Provide safer homes for residents
- Protect properties against against loss and damage
- Maintain high standards of property care
- Maintain the demand for properties and the stability of local neighbourhoods
