Leaseholder Service Area Panel meeting
The Leaseholder Service Area Panel is due to hold its next meeting on 22nd March 2011 at Greenfield's Place Information Centre, St James Drive, Bootle, Merseyside L20 4EL. * This is still to be confirmed so if you would like to attend the meeting we urge you to contact us first to ensure the meeting will be going ahead.
What is the Leaseholder Service Area Panel (LSAP)?
The LSAP is a group which is set up specifically to review and shape the service which we provide to Leaseholders. By attending our regular meetings or contributing via email Leaseholders views can be listened to and acted upon to provide a better quality of service.
How do I become a member?
Simple, as long as you are a Leaseholder of OVH then just contact us on 0300 365 1111 or email and provide us with your name and address and we will add you to our group list. Before attending meetings you will be required to agree to our terms of reference which we will issue to you following your expression of interest.
How often are meetings held?
The group meets at least every three months in various locations across Sefton.
E Involvement Group
If you are unable to attend meetings but would still like to be involved in shaping how we provide services to you then we have an e involvement group which runs alongside our LSAP but instead of attending meetings we communicate with you via email.
