To make sure that we keep you informed about the investment programme we have put together a detailed Customer information Booklet which includes lots of handy information about the programme.
In it you will find details about your Customer Liaison Advisor as well as what the work to your home will involve and what is expected of you.
There is also lots of information about keeping you, your children and your pets safe and comfortable during the work and how you can give us your feedback once it has been completed.
