Supported Housing
At One Vision Housing we believe in offering services that ensure older people and their families can enjoy their homes and live fulfilling lives without having to worry about being alone or unable to cope. That is why we have over 250 homes within our sheltered accommodation schemes with another 1,500 benefiting from supported living services.
We offer secure, comfortable homes designed specially for older or vulnerable people who want to live independently, safe in the knowledge that help is close to hand.
Modern facilities
The refurbishments at St Johns Court, Mill Spring Court, Orrell Lodge, St Johns Court, Kenyons Lodge and Fernley Grange have transformed the schemes with new layouts, new furniture and a fresh, modern look. There are large flat screen TV’s in the communal areas, with some benefiting from facilities such as darts rooms, hair salons and guest suites. We invested over £3.5 million in 2009 to ensure these homes are safe, warm, comfortable and sociable for many years to come.
Added security
Our schemes have dedicated site managers and staff who act as ‘Good Neighbours’. Each has a security entrance and emergency assistance systems for added piece of mind.
Making you feel at home
Communal gardens and lounges can be accessed by residents and some schemes have guest suites to allow friends and family to stay over. All of the schemes enjoy a variety of social activities such as bingo, coffee mornings, darts even wii competitions!
