Your Rent
What is rent?
Rent is the charge made to you by One Vision Housing to live in one of their properties. All One Vision rents are based on a formula given to us by the Government. This takes into account property valuation, local earnings and the size of the property. In some cases your rent may include a service charge on your property. Your tenancy agreement will provide more information about this.
Who pays it?
All tenants have to pay rent and are responsible for ensuring that their rent is paid, whether Housing Benefits make payments on their behalf, or family members have to pay non dependant charges.
