Financial Inclusion Team
The Financial Inclusion Team has vast experience in dealing with all elements of benefits advice. The service is free and offers One Vision Housing tenants a unique service aimed at maximising their benefits or even claiming benefits you didn't know you were entitled to!
The team supports the Income team by assisting tenants through benefits maximisation and Housing Benefits queries. The team work independently of the Income Team and all cases are treated in the strictest confidence.
