Income Management Team

As part of our commitment to improving the services we provide to you, we have changed the way in which our rent officers work.

In October, we looked at the way our estates were split between officers and decided that we needed to work in a different way to improve efficiency and performance.

Following consultation with community representatives we divided the following officers into neighbourhoods.

North
Central
  • Karen Beirne, Neighbourhood Officer for Netherton, Pendle estate and Sefton estate: karen.beirne@ovh.org.uk
  • Nadine Clarke, Neighbourhood Officer for all areas outside central Netherton including Lydiate, Maghull, Aintree, Ford and Park Lane estates: nadine.clark@ovh.org.uk
South
  • Steve Rowe, Neighbourhood Officer for the estates around Dunnings Bridge Road including Bark and Daley and Sefton Moss: steve.rowe@ovh.org.uk
  • Ann Foster, Neighbourhood Officer for all properties in and around Southport Road including Monfa estate and Oxford House: ann.foster@ovh.org.uk
  • Martin Evans, Neighbourhood Officer for all estates between Hawthorne Road and the Docks including Marsh Lane and Linacre Lane: martin.evans@ovh.org.uk 

Targeted Intervention Officers

In addition to the Neighbourhood officers the team also includes two targeted intervention Officers tasked with supporting the neighbourhood teams and will be targeting areas with high levels of arrears.

Former Tenant Arrears Officer

Traces and Collects any arrears left by former tenants.

Leaseholders & Sundry Debts Officer

Responsible for the collection of all leaseholder and sundry debt including rechargeable repairs

Customer Advisor

Neil supports the activities of the team by undertaking a number of administrative duties

Financial Inclusion Team

The Financial Inclusion Team supports the Income team by assisting tenants through benefits maximisation and Housing Benefits queries. The team can work independently of the Income Team and all cases are treated in the strictest confidence.
