Improvements to payment methods
We have carried out an extensive review of our rent and service charge cash collection facilities over the past year.
As a result we have introduced a number of new arrangements which will provide our customers with more choice and increased flexibility.
How to pay
- If you have a Debit Card you can pay your rent/service charges on line at any time by following the links to the Secure BillPay service (in partnership with Alliance and Leicester BillPay) - Online Payments.
- The Post Office with cash or debit card
- Direct Debit: If you have a Bank Account you can set up a Direct Debit. Please call 0300 365 1111 for more details.
- Telephone Payments: If you have a Debit or Credit Card you can pay your rent/service charge from the comfort of your home, by calling our Customer Service Team on 0300 365 1111. 26th June - 2009 - The telephone payments service has recently been updated there is now an option to press for an automated 24/7 service under the rents option when you phone 0300 365 1111.
- Payzone and Pay Point: You can pay your rent/service charge using your payment card at some retail outlets displaying the Payzone or Paypoint sign. To find out where you can use Payzone or Paypoint simply enter your postcode on the relevent internet site / or call 0300 365 1111 to find out details of your nearest outlet.
