If you need to report an urgent repair outside normal office hours, contact 0300 365 1111 and you will be put through to the out of hours staff.
Repair Service Standards
- We will respond to emergency repairs within 24 hours and within two hours if there is a threat to health and/or safety
- Complete urgent repairs within three working days, routine repairs within ten working days and repairs requiring manufactured items e.g. purpose made doors within 35 working days
- Offer you a choice of appointments for urgent or routine repair works.
