Situated only 4 miles from the centre of Liverpool, Bootle is the largest district in Sefton and most of our properties are situated in this area. Bootle has a sizeable business district housing Sefton Council, Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs and Health & Safety Executive amongst others. Bootle benefits from excellent transport links and shopping opportunities.
In 2009 we are investing over £35 million over the next seven years into the heart of Bootle. The renamed 'GreenFields Place', around the St James area. This will provide residents with a truly excellent standard of living space combined with wide open and leafy communal areas.
Further north is the popular residential area of Litherland. The Leeds to Liverpool canal runs through the heart of the district with Rimrose Valley Country Park to the east. Litherland benefits from excellent primary schools, a new sports centre and will have a new 6th form 'Centre of Excellence' in September 2009.
