Connaught hold Decent Homes Workshops
Customer Consultation

Just before Christmas, Connaught held workshops with customers that had experienced recent OVH Decent Homes investment work.

The idea was to map out the customers journey from start to finish to identify the areas done well and those, which could be improved in the future.

The event was really positive and everyone came up with some excellent ideas, which Connaught and OVH will use to ensure services continue to improve and evolve.

OVH tenant Jean Grant said of the event: “I didn’t have any idea what to expect but found it really interesting.”.

Fellow tenant Jess Magee echoed these sentiments, saying “It was a very interesting and informative day and I enjoyed it very much.”

We appreciate that the work we undertake can be disruptive to residents and needs to be well planned to accommodate changing needs. The feedback we have had from customers, who have undergone work, has been hugely positive and we hope to continue this through regular consulation with customers.
