Cold weather warning - update
The Met Office has issued a weather warning for the North West area, as below:-
Outbreaks of snow, moderate at times, are likely during today, gradually easing from the southwest. This will give further accumulations of 2 to 5 cm in places and perhaps locally up to 8 cm. Snow falling on frozen surfaces is also likely to cause icy stretches on untreated roads and pavements.
The public are advised to take extra care and refer to the Highways Agency for further advice on road conditions.
One Vision Housing will continue to provide its normal repairs service for heating and plumbing over the next few days.
If there is a prolonged period of extremely cold weather, contingency plans are in place with our contractors to prioritise vulnerable and elderly tenants to ensure heating is available.
