The OVH website has changed!

Not only has it got a fresh new look but there are lots more features and more interactivity for our users. The changes have been made following consultation and input with both staff and tenants.

Some of the new features include:

• Short videos of our services including "how to pay your rent", "how to report a repair" etc.
• Polls to get instant feedback on the services we provide and to gauge opinions
• Rate this page feature
• A new toolbar that reads the pages for you (click on RokTalk text reader at the top of the page)
• A new navigation structure to make getting round even easier - includes a search option and A to Z
• A new right hand menu for related links, documents, videos and case studies
• Share this toolbar allowing users to pass on information found on our website with other social networking sites such as "stumble upon"
• OVH will have its own twitter and facebook page to encourage wider dispersion of information and tap into younger audiences
• And much more for you to discover!
• This is the first phase of the website. Soon users will be able to view their repair history, energy performance certificate, see planned works to their home and search for OVH staff assigned to their address. We are also working towards a better home search offering and allow customers to access their rent account.

However, it is still very much a work in progress which means that all your comments, good and bad, are welcome. In fact, we actively encourage them.
