Please be vigilant
One of our tenants recently got in touch to say that two men called at her property stating they had come to measure up internal doors.
She was not aware of this as she had not booked a repair. They entered the property but when they heard her son's voice, they said they had to get a tape measure, left and didn't return.
We hope incidents like this are few and far between, however, we must ask you to be extra vigilant when answering the door and always ask for identification. We certainly won't be offended.
