How do we compare?
Ever wondered how One Vision Housing compares to other landlords in your neighbourhood?
Well, wonder no more. Performance Information held by The Tenant Services Authority (TSA) now allows you to compare how One Vision Housing performs against other Housing Associations operating where you live.
The TSA is the regulator for social housing in England. Its role is to raise the standard of services for tenants. It is currently sounding out views on its plans for a set of standards that housing associations and local councils will have to meet from 1 April 2010.
Clicking on the link below will take you to the TSA webpage for comparing landlords in Sefton. All you need to do is put in the postcode of your property and search. It will show how we compare on size, rent level and satisfaction.
