Consider yourself at home
One Vision Housing is the first Registered Provider of Social Housing in the North West to be accepted as a client partner of the Considerate Constructors Scheme.
The Scheme's aim, as the name would suggest, is to ensure contractors are considerate of their neighbours, be it residents or local businesses.
The scheme is a national initiative set up by the construction industry to improve its image with focus on well run construction sites and raising standards of site management, safety and environmental awareness by sharing good practice.
To be accepted onto the scheme is a real accomplishment for OVH and highlights its desire to be at the forefront of housing excellence.
Strategic Director of Assets and Regeneration, Andrew Spencer said: “We are delighted to be accepted as a client partner of the Considerate Constructors Scheme. Membership of the scheme is further evidence of the excellence we intend to maintain at One Vision Housing.
“In construction terms, this covers everything from sharing best practice to promoting the construction profession in general.
“Joining the scheme can only improve our already high standards and will help us to ensure that our customers’ needs are at the forefront of all our investment work.”
