OVH Total Facilities Management Framework 2010- 2015.
OVH announces its intention to lodge a an OJEU Notice ( PIN) in June for the procurement of its £5 million pound Total Facilities Management Framework.
The scope of the Framework will include cleaning of the communal areas of all OVH High Rise, Sheltered accommodation, offices and low rise blocks of flats.
In addition OVH will be seeking to appoint a competent facilities management contractor to maintain all its commercial mechanical and electrical installations including planned and preventative maintenance.
The framework will be with One Vision and Partners and the majority of works packages will be based in and around the Merseyside area carried out with customers living in their homes.
