OVH Neighbourhood Investment Framework update
OVH announces its intention to lodge a an OJEU Notice ( PIN) in June for the procurement of its £135 million pound Investment Framework.
The scope of the Framework will include a broad range of property and neighbourhood investment works including replacement kitchens, bathrooms, central heating , roofs, entry phone systems, windows, doors, fascias, cladding, rainwater goods, structural repairs works, brickwork, external rendering, energy efficiency installations, damp proof courses and major remedial works.
The framework will be with One Vision and Partners and the majority of works packages will be based in and around the Merseyside area carried out with customers living in their homes.
