Good four us!
Congratulations again to the Customer Service Centre.
After recently receiving the news that they had been nominated for three awards at the North West Contact Centre Awards, they have now been shortlisted for Customer Service Contact Centre of the Year at the National Customer Service Awards.
They will be up against American Express UK Insurance Service Centre, Bournemouth and West Hampshire Water CSC, C J Clark International : Clarks Customer Care, Central Networks Customer Contact Centre, EDF Energy : SME Customer Service, P&O Ferries Customer Contact Centre and Working Transitions 2005 Ltd: Infinity.
That's four award nominations and counting!
