New ways to bid for properties is being launched next week!
On Wednesday 22nd September we will be launching a new system called CBL Lite to help us advertise our empty properties and successful bids and manage the bidding process. You will be able to access this system direct from this website via the homes section.
What this means for you
Customers will have more ways to bid, including via SMS (text) and online bidding. Additionally, you will only be able to bid for properties that match your needs and criteria, helping you to make better informed decisions and see how many other people have also bid for that property.
How to use
To access the service you must firstly be registered with our Home Search service. If you haven’t already registered, download or fill out a form here register for a home form
All customers who actively bid on a regular basis have been written to with a new unique bidding reference number.
- For SMS bids simply text 07786 205 103 and provide the relevant property ID along with their unique bidding reference number.
- For Online Bidding visit our homes section www.ovh.org.uk/homes. Customers will need their bidding reference number along wi th the date of birth of the main applicant. A step-by-step guide will assist you through the process.
You will still be able to make bids via our neighbourhood offices and the Customer Service Centre on 0300 365 1111.
