Reach for the stars
One Vision Housing has been acknowledged as one of the best organisations in the country by Best Companies Ltd who provide an independent assessment of success on the key factors proven to contribute to high employee workplace engagement.
The accreditation recognises excellence in the work place and precedes the prestigious annual Sunday Times 100 Best Companies list that is announced in February.
One Vision Housing received the top ‘three star’ rating in a ‘Michelin style’ accreditation system that recognises organisations by star status. Three stars is classed as extraordinary.
Out of 1165 organisations who sought the accreditation, only 84 achieved three stars and One Vision Housing were one of only four housing associations in the country to achieve the top rating.
Chief Executive Roy Williams said: “We have some of the most highly skilled, experienced and motivated staff in the sector. They prove this week after week and have done so again in achieving the Best Companies accreditation. Staff enjoy coming to work here and this is demonstrated by the passion and dedication they display on a daily basis.”
