Brunswick Community Garden
One Vision Housing is currently working in partnership with Brunswick Youth Club to create their very own community garden.
The purpose of the garden is to create new and exciting opportunities for recreation, exercise, therapy and education for the local community.
The Brunswick Community Garden Steering Group believe that once the garden is up and running it will have a massive impact on the local community, bringing different generations together and improving individual and community confidence.
Potentially the garden could provide fresh fruit and vegetables, a place for wildlife in an urban area, improve play areas, provide an outdoor classroom, a sensory garden and safe public space that is well-maintained by community volunteers.
OVH are also working closely with Morrisons and local tenants to create the garden.
Watch this space as we will be giving regular updates on the progression of the Brunswick Community Garden.
