Safest with OVH
For the second year running, we are one of the few housing associations in the country to achieve 100% gas servicing figures.
In reaching this landmark, OVH have also reached record customer satisfaction levels with more than 98% of customers happy with their gas service.
By law, all appliances in each resident's home must be inspected by the landlord once a year. If they are found to be safe, a gas safety certificate is issued.
