Meet the team…
Our Neighbourhood Housing Officers are your personal adviser, from the very start of your One Vision Housing journey and all the way throughout.
In order to provide a continuity of service, we are combining our old Home Search service with that of the traditional housing officer role. This will ensure that the same member of staff who deals with your property viewing, will also deal with any tenancy issues you may have as well as being able to advise you on any general housing queries, from reporting anti social behaviour to advice about repairs.
Our Neighbourhood Housing Officers are the face of One Vision Housing and the people you’ll see most frequently. With this in mind, we thought it fitting to introduce our four new Neighbourhood Housing Officers. They are:
Ray Evans – Covering Bootle Neighbourhood
Angela Middleton – Covering Netherton Neighbourhood
Amy Mason – Covering Dunnings Bridge Road West and Litherland Neighbourhood
Gemma Ashcroft – Covering Gorsey Lane Neighbourhood
