Change in accessing our services

As of Monday 9th May, there will be changes in the way you access our services.
Recent feedback has highlighted that customers would welcome Neighbourhood Officers being more involved and visible within neighbourhoods. To support and enable this, the Kings Park office in Seaforth will close as well as surgeries in Southport.
Your Neighbourhood Officer may also change; we will relay this information on the website in the near future as well as the next edition of InVision.
Greenfields will remain open for its current surgery hours (Tuesday and Thursday 10am-1pm). Bootle Village will remain open as our Customer Access Centre.
Our Customer Service Centre will remain available between 8am and 6pm to deal with a range of housing enquiries. You can also pay your rent, report emergency repairs / anti-social behaviour 24 hours a day by calling 0300 365 1111 or visiting the website.
Opening Times
Customer Access Team, Coral Drive, Bootle – Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Greenfields Visitors Centre, St James Drive, Bootle – Tuesdays and Thursdays 10am to 1pm
