Between January 1st and April 31st 2011, One Vision Housing Property Services attended over 640 repairs jobs where the customer had not been in to allow access to complete arepair. This has cost us nearly £6500. For this money we could have completed one of the following:
• Replaced 2 new roofs
• Completed works on a void property (including a new kitchen and bathroom)
• Fit 10 new upvc front doors
• 1 new central heating system
• 3 new decent homes bathrooms.
