Cooking on gas!
Aintree based community group Bounty House, have just completed a 10 week cookery course at Ford Lane Community Centre.
They used funding from One Vision Housing’s Community Development Fund to give participants confidence in baking, boiling and stir frying food with English, Dutch and Indonesian influences.
The group also used fresh fruit and vegetables from the Ford Lane Urban Garden including the apples used to make the apple pie you see in these pictures!
