Just a minute!
The Resident Involvement team recently held ‘minute taking’ training for tenants who are involved in groups at One Vision Housing.
The team linked up with Liverpool Housing Trust to deliver the training to some of their residents as well as our own. LHT will be providing training sessions for some of our residents in the near future.
Six different Resident Group members and two tenants of LHT met at Captain’s Lane Scout Hut to perfect their minute taking skills.
All the attendees said that the course developed their knowledge, skills and confidence and led them to be able to take minutes clearly and concisely, set agendas and draw up action plans for the future.
One resident commented:
“The course was very helpful with my personal development and confidence in minute taking and the staff were very supportive.”
The group will be able to put their new-found skills into practice at future meetings!
