Taking on Europe
We have been shortlisted in two categories in the biggest awards ceremony of its kind in Europe.
Last year wewere crowned Customer Service Contact Centre of the Year at The National Customer Service Awards. Those awards have now merged with The European Call Centre Awards, delivering a single platform to reward, recognise and celebrate excellence across the contact centre and customer service industry.
We are in the running for Manager of the Year (Neil Kenwright) and Team Leader of the Year (Natalie Burke) and are the only housing association represented in the categories we've been shortlisted for.
The next stage of the process is to present to a panel of independent judges in London in September. A panel of representatives from within the industry will make a final decision and the winners will be announced in October.
One Vision Housing Operational Director of Customers Rachel Mills said: “Neil and Natalie are both ambassadors of a culture that is focussed on customers. Aside from their own proficiency, their inclusion in the shortlist is also down to the high levels of support and excellence they receive from their team.”
The awards ceremony is the most prestigious of its kind in the industry. We were shortlisted amongst organisations such as Barclays, Virgin Holidays, John Lewis and HSBC.
