Give me five!
One Vision Housing’s Customer Service Centre is in the running for an amazing five awards.
After last week hearing the news that they have been shortlisted for two European Call Centre Awards (biggest ceremony of its kind in the industry), they are now in the running for a further three awards at the North West Contact Centre Awards.
One Vision Housing Operational Director of Customers Rachel Mills said: “To be shortlisted in five categories across all different areas of the customer service centre is nothing short of excellent and a real reflection of the expertise and customer service skills our staff possess."
