Another award for the service centre!
We have won another award - this time for our commitment to providing customers with the best possible experience.
The Customer Service Centre came out on top at the North West Contact Centre Awards where they won an award for the best customer experience programme.
The judges said: “One Vision Housing blew us away with their passion, enthusiasm and sheer determination.”
We beat off competition from both the private and public sector and were commended for our dedication to customer care which includes customer open days and service review groups.
