OVH conquer Europe!
Two One Vision Housing (OVH) employees have won European recognition at an awards ceremony that recognises customer service.
The event at the London Hilton saw the coming together of the European Call Centre Awards and the National Customer Service Awards, in a bid to create a single event that celebrates the “best and brightest” stars in the customer service industry.
OVH’s Natalie Burke won the award for Team Leader of the year for her role in the service centre which has seen her work hard to ensure the right people are employed, trained effectively and happy in their work. She has also been instrumental in boosting customer satisfaction.
Having last year won North West Manager of the Year, Customer Access Manager Neil Kenwright went even further this year, landing the prize for European Manager of the Year. Neil’s dedication and enthusiasm was noted by the judges as an telling factor in increased customer satisfaction and team retention levels.
OVH Strategic Director (Customers and Neighbourhoods) Ian Fazakerley said: “We feel privileged to have staff as passionate and expert as Neil and Natalie. For them to be recognised on a European level is incredible and also a testament to the ability of their team, who feed off their enthusiasm. We strongly believe that a happy workforce can only be good for our customers."
