Group structure for One Vision Housing
We have entered into a group structure with Liverpool-based Pine Court.
The formation of the group (One Vision Partners) means greater financial security, better services to tenants and an increase in capacity to provide new accommodation and continue to improve existing homes and neighbourhoods.
Forming the group structure has strengthened both companies and One Vision Partners will be in an even stronger position to drive service improvement forward.
Roy Williams, chief executive of One Vision Partners commented: “The creation of One Vision Partners stands us in good stead for the future. We will focus on the provision of high quality, affordable housing and the delivery of excellent services to our tenants.”
Staff and tenants as well as other key stakeholders were consulted and informed throughout the process prior to the launch of the group on the 1st December 2011.
