Local offers
We want to offer our customers a focused neighbourhood management approach, based on the things you say are most important to you.
To achieve these aims we have developed with our residents eighteen local offers to cover all the estates and properties managed by OVH.
Each offer gives some background to the areas, highlights the issues and concerns raised and sets out a range of specific actions to tackle those concerns. Budgets have been set to ensure works are carried out in a timely manner.
We hope that this focus on specific areas, developed in partnership with residents, will help to shape and direct improvements that matter most.
