One Vision Housing

From  December 10th customers wishing to contact One Vision Housing to report repairs by telephone will need to call a new dedicated number - 0845 140 1234.

Although the number is already operational a large percentage of customers still report repairs via Sefton Council's Customer Service Department - Sefton Plus.

Any customer who attempts to contact One Vision Housing to report a repair of any kind after  December 10th on the old number will hear a short message instructing them to dial 0845 140 1234.

This move represents the next stage in the development of an in-house Customer Service Centre for One Vision Housing, which will provide a one number point of contact for all housing services.

One Vision Housing will provide access to all its services via the 0845 140 1234 number from April 2008, with repairs representing only the latest step in a phased approach aimed at providing a smooth transition from the current partnership arrangements with the Council.

Currently operational the new Customer Service Centre deals with all queries in relation to Home Search, investment and rent queries, with all repairs calls (both general and emergency) being channelled through the centre from mid-December.

Michelle Wood, One Vision Housing Director of Housing Management and Customer Care said: "At One Vision Housing we recognise the importance of having a clear and direct means of communication for our customers. That is why we have invested in our own Customer Service Centre which will eventually provide a one number solution for all our customer's housing needs."
